ParentPay

ParentPay – secure online payments 

In an attempt to reduce the amount of cash and cheques from school we are asking all parents and carers to use ParentPay. You can use ParentPay to pay for visits and trips. Your support in using ParentPay will help the school enormously, thank you. 

Once you have activated your ParentPay account (see below) you can make online payments straightaway. ParentPay holds an electronic record of your payments to view at a later date.

Those parents and carers who do not have access to online facilities may still pay by cash or cheque at either of the school offices.

ParentPay login

You should have received ParentPay account activation details from the school.  If you haven’t, contact the school office and request ParentPay login details.

Once you have your account details you can log in online at www.parentpay.com. Look for the ‘Login’ button at the top right.  You will be prompted to change these and to keep them safe and secure as your Username and Password for future logins.

Adding children to an existing ParentPay account
If you already have an account, either with our school or another ParentPay school, you can simply login to that account and add your other children via the ‘add a child’ tab on your home page. You will need your activation username and password for this, which is available from the school office.

You can access ParentPay on your phone, tablet or computer

ParentPay has been designed to work on phones and tablets as well as desktop computers.  The vast majority of Android, iOS and Windows Phone devices will be able to run ParentPay.  If you would like to use ParentPay on your smartphone, just bookmark the login page to your home screen for easy access.
